I am a Kinesiologist and Medical Massage therapist. I have been a massage therapist for 17 years and love what I do for my clients. I strive to help and heal through the power of massage. It is not selfish to take care of yourself and prioritize your happiness and health.
I love my job, learning new massage techniques and information to help my clients better. I offer various medical and lymphatic massage treatments to help with pain, post-surgical issues, and so much more. I also make CBD-infused lotions, fabulous organic sugar scrubs, and organic whipped Shea butter to keep your skin healthy and soft.
I have over 1400 hours of massage training, including medical and lymphatic massage training, and my associate's degree in Kinesiology. I love learning to help further my clients live their lives to the fullest.
Regular massage is maintenance for the body. I will give you homework, such as stretches or workouts. Also, I will share with you the healing knowledge I have learned over the years. I have been a Massage therapist for 17 years, and I gained fantastic knowledge during my journey as a massage therapist. I recently graduated with an associate's degree in Kinesiology as well. Let me use that knowledge to help you.

I specialize in Medical Massage, and Lymphatic Drainage. I also offer Prenatal Massages, LED Light Therapy, and Cupping Therapy. I genuinely love what I do, and it shows.
I have offered Therapeutic Massage in Reno and Tahoe for many years. First with Mobile massage, then located near the beautiful Truckee River. Now I am located inside the Sanctity Center in Reno on West First Street. This building is a magical place of healing; I am excited to share it with my clients. I offer a spa experience with a clinical massage. All massages come with a complimentary homemade organic lotion.
